You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided your scheduled consultation call has not yet taken place. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase confirmation details. We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days.
Once your 60-minute consultation has taken place, the engagement is considered delivered and is non-refundable. The written report (delivered within 7 days of the call) is part of the same deliverable and is included in this.
You may reschedule your call once without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. For further rescheduling needs, please contact us — we'll work with you in reasonable cases.
If you do not attend your scheduled call without prior notice, the engagement is considered delivered. We will make one attempt to reach you to reschedule before closing the engagement.
If you have not scheduled your call within 60 days of purchase, we reserve the right to consider the engagement delivered and the purchase non-refundable. We will email you reminders before this applies.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase (Stripe → your original card). Bank processing times vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Purchases made with a valid promotional code (such as MOVE26 — 30% off) are refundable on the same terms above. Refunds are processed at the actual amount paid, not the original list price.
